    According to Álvaro Remiro Chacón, who serves as Country Manager for Colombia at Grupo Orenes, the investment reflects confidence in a mature regulatory framework. He highlighted Vicca’s market intelligence as instrumental in accelerating the company’s market entry.

    Colombia’s betting sector has experienced consistent expansion over recent periods. Digital wagering platforms have gained traction as consumer comfort with online betting increases substantially.

    Remiro Chacón identified three fundamental catalysts powering this expansion. Electronic payment systems have achieved widespread adoption. User behavior has evolved to embrace digital betting channels. And betting offerings have grown more sophisticated, integrating sports gambling with live dealer casino experiences.
