Paradise Entertainment, which operates as the holding company for Macau-based gaming technology provider LT Game, has announced concerning FY25 financial results. The firm recorded revenue of HK$834.4 million, marking a significant 23.1% decline year-over-year.
According to the company’s disclosure, income generated from electronic gaming equipment and systems sales and leasing decreased dramatically by 45.3% to HK$199.8 million. Meanwhile, net profit experienced a substantial 63.5% contraction, landing at HK$139.4 million.
The adjusted EBITDA figure showed a 54.2% reduction to HK$207.5 million. Company executives attributed these declines to weakened product demand and the conclusion of their satellite casino management agreement at Casino Kam Pek Paradise in Macau.
LT Game has established a strong reputation in Macau through its Live Multi-Game terminal offerings, which have become fixtures across casino properties. These specialized machines provide casinos with a solution to expand gaming capacity while adhering to Macau’s stringent regulations on live table counts.
However, facing deteriorating performance metrics, Paradise Entertainment is implementing a strategic transformation focused on emerging revenue streams and geographic diversification.
Digital Expansion Through Infernoplay
The most significant strategic pivot involves Infernoplay, a newly established B2B gaming content platform leveraging LT Game’s extensive game catalog. The initiative aims to adapt these titles for distribution to regulated online gaming operators worldwide.
Paradise characterized the international digital gaming sector as entering a period of accelerated expansion. The company cited advancing technology infrastructure, expanding game portfolios, and increasing mobile internet penetration as key growth catalysts.
Through the Infernoplay platform, Paradise is creating original game content incorporating generative artificial intelligence capabilities. These AI-enhanced titles are currently under development and anticipated to debut with licensed operators in the near future.
Company leadership views this digital content vertical as a promising short-term growth avenue that complements its established electronic table games business.
Regarding its land-based operations, Paradise is pursuing geographic expansion beyond its Macau stronghold. The organization has identified the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam, and North American territories as regions offering significant potential for its product offerings.
Following the expiration of its management contract with SJM Resorts at the end of last year, the company has entered the advisory services sector. Paradise announced a partnership with an unnamed Macau gaming license holder to deliver consultancy services beginning December 2, 2025.
The identity of the gaming concessionaire client remains undisclosed. This consulting arrangement enables Paradise to monetize its operational knowledge while minimizing exposure to full-scale management responsibilities.
Innovative Casino Hardware Solutions
LT Game is simultaneously developing next-generation products for brick-and-mortar casino environments. A newly designed system branded Black Coral is slated for market introduction this year, incorporating built-in analytics capabilities and interface widgets that present historical and live gameplay metrics.
Black Coral will be deployed alongside Speedwave, a companion cabinet featuring a slant-top configuration. This unit utilizes a modular architecture enabling operators to transition between different game offerings by simply replacing the upper signage component.
Paradise emphasized that this adaptable design philosophy aims to empower casino operators with faster response capabilities to evolving player preferences. Additionally, it maximizes the revenue potential of each gaming floor position.
The organization is aggressively marketing its comprehensive product suite to operators throughout its priority markets spanning Asia and North America.
Paradise positioned its FY25 performance as validation for its current strategic transformation. Black Coral and Speedwave units are projected to commence deployment across casino properties during the latter portion of this year.
